VIP Creator Terms
These VIP Creator Terms ("VIP Terms") supplement eXantria's general Terms of Service (available at exantria.com/terms or similar) and apply specifically to Creators accepted into the eXantria VIP Creator Program ("VIP Program"). By applying for, accepting, or participating in the VIP Program, you ("VIP Creator", "you") agree to be bound by these VIP Terms.
1. Eligibility and Acceptance
To qualify as a VIP Creator:
- You must be an approved Creator on eXantria with an active account in good standing.
- You must meet any additional criteria set by eXantria (e.g., minimum subscriber count, content quality, engagement metrics, verification standards).
- eXantria reserves the sole right to accept, reject, or remove any Creator from the VIP Program at any time, with or without notice.
2. VIP Program Benefits
As a VIP Creator, you receive the following exclusive benefits (subject to these Terms and eXantria's discretion):
a. Promotion by Influencers — eXantria will arrange promotion of your profile/content via Instagram Stories (or equivalent) of selected big influencers partnered with eXantria, at a minimum frequency of twice per week. The format, timing, selection of influencers, and specific content featured will be determined solely by eXantria. No guaranteed reach, impressions, or subscriber growth is promised.
b. Direct Messaging to Paying Members — You are granted permission to initiate direct messages (DMs) to eXantria's paying members (subscribers across the platform or your own, as applicable) for the purpose of offering and selling your additional/premium content (e.g., custom content, PPV posts, exclusive sets). This is an enhanced feature not available to standard Creators. All messaging must comply with eXantria's messaging rules, anti-spam policies, and content guidelines.
c. Other potential benefits (at eXantria's discretion) may include priority support, featured placement, marketing tools, or revenue bonuses.
3. Creator Obligations
You agree to:
a. Maintain high-quality, original content that complies with eXantria's Content Guidelines, Community Standards, and all applicable laws (including 18+ age verification for all participants in adult content).
b. Actively upload content and engage with your subscribers on a regular basis to justify VIP status.
c. Not engage in prohibited activities, including (but not limited to): spam messaging, harassment, fraudulent promotion, sharing platform member data outside eXantria, or violating any laws.
d. Promptly report any issues with promotions or messaging features to eXantria support.
e. Provide accurate information and cooperate with any verification or audit requests.
4. Platform Rules Apply
All eXantria general Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Payment Terms, and Privacy Policy remain fully in force. In case of conflict, these VIP Terms prevail only for matters specific to the VIP Program.
5. Revenue and Payouts
- Benefits under the VIP Program do not alter your standard revenue share or payout terms unless separately communicated in writing.
- Any sales made via direct messaging (e.g., PPV, customs) are subject to eXantria's standard transaction fees and processing.
6. Termination and Changes
- eXantria may suspend or terminate your VIP status at any time for any reason, including (without limitation) violation of these Terms, low performance, platform policy changes, or business needs.
- You may opt out of the VIP Program at any time by notifying eXantria support.
- eXantria reserves the right to modify, reduce, or discontinue any VIP benefits (including promotion frequency) with reasonable notice (via email or platform announcement).
7. No Guarantees or Warranties
The VIP Program is provided "as is." eXantria makes no guarantees regarding:
- Specific subscriber growth, earnings, or ROI from promotions or messaging access.
- Availability or consistency of influencer promotions.
- Results from any marketing efforts.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, eXantria shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in the VIP Program.
9. Governing Law
These VIP Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
By participating as a VIP Creator, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these VIP Terms.
